Register a source
POST /api/v1/sources records an approved source and an internal access note. Registration alone does not enable it.

These endpoints are for deployment operators and approved adapters. They are separate from the customer observation search.
Access boundarySource registration, policy changes, and ingestion require
X-Ingest-Token. Sources start disabled and must be reviewed before data is delivered downstream.Set its policy
PUT /api/v1/sources/{sourceId}/policy records permission for downstream API use, capability, observation age, retention, and activation.
Record outcomes
POST /api/v1/ingest accepts ok, partial, no_offers, or error for an exact search. An offer must carry source identity and an observation time.
Exercise the queue
POST /api/v1/searches and GET /api/v1/searches/{searchId} exercise synthetic collection only when the test source is enabled. Synthetic offers are never airline quotes.
